High water rising ...9:22 pm
The Mississippi, the White River, the Cedar River, the Winnebago River, the Rock River and others are overflowing their banks and spreading floodwaters across the Midwestern United States. Here’s just a prayer that the Lord has mercy on those afflicted and that the waters soon recede.
