Dylan enjoying some Brown Sugar ...10:52 am
On Expecting Rain this morning is a link to a YouTube video clip of Bob Dylan and his band doing the Rolling Stones’ Brown Sugar during one of the 2002 tours. If you missed it back then, it’s something to catch at least once.
I’ve always thought that Dylan performed this cover in the spirit of that statement he is alleged to have once made to Mick Jagger and/or Keith Richards, i.e.: “I could have written Satisfaction but you cats could never have written Tambourine Man.”
