Both had effective moments. Shake it out, some kind of draw. I think Sarah Palin will have reminded some people why they liked her so much at the convention. It’s up to the tops of the respective tickets to win or lose this election. Big surprise there. Time for bed.

Addendum: Hey, the Frank Luntz Fox focus group of undecided voters came out huge for Palin. I’ll take it! Her message of personal responsibility in reference to this financial mess went down very well. I thought that was brave at the time, and that it would strike a chord. Nice to see it did.
