Things have been popping up all day. In the city of brotherly love, men dressed in Black Panther uniforms, at least one carrying a billy club, positioned outside a polling place and arguing against the right of the news media to report on them.

Elsewhere in Philly, Republican Election Board members reportedly thrown out of half a dozen polling stations.

In Virginia, thousands of military ballots at risk of not being counted: the McCain campaign is filing suit.

Use it all as motivation to get out there and vote, of-course.

Balancing out these attempts to disenfranchise Republicans, actor and longtime liberal activist Tim Robbins almost couldn’t vote today on West 14th St. in Manhattan.

Nightclubs of the broken-hearted, stadiums of the damned,
Legislature, perverted nature, doors that are rudely slammed.
Look into infinity, all you see is trouble.
