First night of the new Bob Dylan tour: Billy ...10:39 pm
The first show of Bob Dylan’s new European tour was in Stockholm, Sweden. The set list is here. The major surprise, just looking at the list of song titles, was the twelfth tune of the night: Billy. This would appear to be the first live performance of the song that Bob wrote for his great soundtrack to the Sam Peckinpah film, “Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid.”
My own Billie is awfully excited to hear about it.
