There’s only been two gigs so far, both in Stockholm, but I think the message to Bob’s European fans is “Catch him if you can.” The reports via Bob Links are rave.

On Lovesick, last night, Bob performed center-stage, alternately singing lines and playing harmonica licks in a spine-tingling fashion, then moving behind his keyboard halfway through and punctuating his dramatic singing with swirling organ riffs. You can dig the clip here.

I’m getting the feeling that this tour will be like a consummation of the various elements that Bob and the band have been working on over the last several tours. He sounds on top of the world. I would suggest that we are blessed and fortunate to have him still around and at the top of his game. He’s pretty blessed too, of-course.

As a complete aside: I probably haven’t been adding content to my new website as quickly as the world’s well-being requires, but today there is some essential health news: Sun, vitamin D, cancer and the vindication of common sense.
