Another side of Bob and more!

One more night, I will wait for the light
While the wind blows high above the tree.
Oh, I miss my darling so,
I didn't mean to see her go,
But tonight no light will shine on me.

Dylan on Tour ...10:14 am

Stockholm set-list from last night courtesy of Pagel:

1. To Be Alone With You
2. If You See Her, Say Hello
3. Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum
4. Under The Red Sky
5. It’s Alright, Ma (I’m Only Bleeding)
6. To Ramona
7. Cat’s In The Well
8. The Man In Me
9. Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again
10. Highway 61 Revisited
11. Bye And Bye
12. Honest With Me
13. Every Grain Of Sand
14. Summer Days

(encore)
15. Like A Rolling Stone
16. All Along The Watchtower

Same band: Stu Kimball and Denny Freeman on guitar; Donnie Herron on violin, mandolin, pedal steel etc; Tony Garnier on bass and George Recile on drums. Dylan on keyboard and harp.

Set-list is no great departure. 4 songs from “Love & Theft,” and a hop-scotch through the back catalog. Though close Dylan-watchers can get jaded quickly when there are no bizarre and utterly unexpected elements in the set-list, it’s worth remembering what an incredibly rich selection of songs Dylan puts out there every night. Every Grain of Sand, If You See Her Say Hello, It’s Alright, Ma - those three songs alone are all masterpieces that no one else could have written, and the chance to hear Dylan himself sing them in his ever-changing and unique manner, while he’s still on this earth, is one to be seized.

Having said that, however, I think that attending just about every gig, as some people are known to do, is nuts.
