Gonna Shine Like A Spoon ...9:39 pm
There’s no good reason for this post, but I like a good space picture, and this just-released photo, of Saturn’s moon “Dione,” is just maybe the most breathtaking space picture I’ve ever seen. Click on it to go NASA’s site and higher-resolution versions.
In the background is the curved surface of Saturn itself. The line below the moon is the edge of Saturn’s rings.
