Here’s one that may not be preserved by the Library of Congress, but is Preserved in Desire.
Recently uploaded to YouTube by the generous user “rankflv,” it’s Joey from a 1995 concert in London. There are other songs from the same show also up there. Joey is a sentimental favorite of mine. It always seems to me that it’s ambitious for Dylan to do this song live — here, he flubs the lyric at one point, but soldiers on.
